25 years of “LOOKING THROUGH YOUR EYES” is enough time to have gained and built up a notable level of experience, both in terms of our ophthalmic and technical knowledge and all other aspects of healthcare, from the way in which every member of the organisation takes personal care of the patient to the patient's actual experience in the operating theatre or on the phone.

Reference to figures, volumes and quantities is complicated in an activity where the patient is more interested in the quality perceived than quantification of the medical activity itself. However, figures can also sometimes help us to gain the patient's trust:

10 - the number of years that CEM Clinic has been serving many ophthalmologists in Barcelona

30 - the number of ophthalmologists treating ophthalmic patients at ICO at all its Clinical Units.

25 - the number of years that ICO has been providing services to all our patients in Barcelona, “looking through their eyes”.

48 - until now Vía Augusta 48 has been our group headquarters and is to become the home to our one-of-a-kind Paediatric Ophthalmology Service.

61 - Vía Augusta 61 is to become our new headquarters and the group's commitment to excellence in all aspects of healthcare.

3,500 - the number of surgeries performed at CEM Clinic over the past year. 

100,000 - the number of medical procedures performed by our professionals in 2013.
